PowerPoint is a software package designed to create electronic presentations consisting of a series of separate pages or slides. 

How to access?

1. Click on the magnifying glass and then type "PowerPoint":

WordArt is a text modifying feature in Microsoft Powerpoint. It includes effects such as shadows, outlines, colors, gradients, and 3D effects that can be added to a word or phrase.

SmartArt:

SmartArt is a way to turn ordinary text into something more visually appealing. It can be used to draw attention to important information or make information easier to interpret and understand. 

How to insert a new slide?

1. Go to "Home" or "Inicio"
2. Select "New slide" or "Nueva diapositiva"

Also, you can go to "slide pane" and press intro key

How to insert Pictures and shapes?

How to move a picture or shape?

1. Select the picture or shape you want to move with the mouse pointer
2. keep pressing the mouse 
3. Move the shape for any space of the slide

How to crop and resize a picture or shape? 

1. Select the image

2. To increase or decrease the size in one or more directions, drag a sizing handle away from or toward the center while doing one of the following:

   • To keep the center in the same place, press and hold Ctrl while you drag the sizing handle.

   • To maintain the proportions, press and hold Shift while you drag the sizing handle.

   • To both maintain the proportions and keep the center in the same place, press and hold both Ctrl and Shift while you drag the sizing handle.
